These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Intervuz (the "Service") at intervuz.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Children may use the Kids Zone only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the child's behalf and is responsible for the account.
Intervuz provides AI-assisted skill assessments, interview practice, prep packs, and a kids' learning zone (quests and syllabus practice). Features, content and pricing may change or be discontinued at any time.
The Service offers a free tier plus paid options — single assessments, assessment packs, and a Monthly Unlimited plan — at the prices shown in the app. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Paid plans/credits grant access to the features described at the time of purchase. The Monthly Unlimited plan provides unlimited access for 30 days from purchase and does not auto-renew unless stated at checkout. Taxes may apply. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Assessment questions, scores, feedback, interview questions and kids' quizzes are generated with the help of AI and are provided for practice and guidance only. They may contain inaccuracies and are not professional, academic, career, or hiring advice. Intervuz does not guarantee any particular result, score, exam outcome, job, or interview success.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and generated materials provided to you, is owned by Intervuz or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own learning. You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., your resume text), and grant us a licence to process it to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intervuz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for legal/operational reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
