Intervuz is a digital service. There are no physical goods and therefore no shipping
or physical delivery involved.
How delivery works
Access to free features is available immediately after you create an account and verify your email.
When you purchase assessment credits or a Monthly Unlimited plan, access is activated instantly in your account after a successful payment via Razorpay.
All content (assessments, prep packs, interview practice, kids' quests and Syllabus Sprints, reports and certificates) is delivered online within the app at intervuz.com.
If something doesn't activate
If your payment succeeds but your credits or plan don't activate, please email
contactus@intervuz.com with your order/payment reference and
we'll resolve it promptly. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
