Refund & Cancellation Policy

Intervuz sells digital services — AI assessments, assessment credit packs, and a Monthly Unlimited plan — delivered instantly through your account. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation

You can stop using the Service at any time. The Monthly Unlimited plan provides access for 30 days from purchase and does not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Assessment credits remain available in your account until used.

2. Refunds

Because our products are digital and access/credits are made available immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been used (for example, once an assessment, mock interview, or quiz has been started using a credit or plan).

We will, however, consider refunds in these cases:

For a Monthly Unlimited plan that has not been used, a refund request made within 48 hours of purchase will be reviewed on a good-faith basis.

3. How to request a refund

Email contactus@intervuz.com from your registered email with your order/payment reference and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
